Feeding His Lambs
FEEDING HIS LAMBS (FHL) is an itinerant ministry designed to encourage and assist local churches, Christian organizations and individual believers: To rightly divide the Word Of God, to be steadfast in the faith and to glorify God by applying His Word.
It is our purpose, by God's enabling power, to motivate and nurture believers in their daily walk, to be holy, to be pure and to develop towards spiritual maturity. We then propose that it is by such exemplary living, that we are best equipped to reach a lost and needy world for Christ.
In obedience to God’s calling, Ross and Jan founded Feeding His Lambs in 1984 as a faith ministry, placing a strong emphasis on preaching, teaching, and prayer. Over the years it has also come to include Radio and Internet Bible broadcasts, music, artwork and devotional writings, which have developed into branches of outreach and care.
PREACHING & TEACHING:
God’s Holy Word is the supreme & final authority in all matters of faith, life and practice. Ross uses expository preaching and teaching methods to ensure that the true text is revealed as he ministers to various Churches, organizations, groups, and fills pulpits, always addressing today’s spiritual needs with Biblical Truth.
RADIO BROADCASTS:
Feeding His Lambs has been on the air since June, 2003 over Short-wave and The Internet, with programming available in both 5-minute “Thought For The Day,” as well as 15-minute Expository Bible Messages. Precious times of sharing God’s wonderful message of Salvation, comfort, hope and strength.
GARMENTS FOR THE GOSPEL: (GFTG) Our Motto: “Sewing To Share The Saviour!”
GFTG, founded by Jan in 1996, is a program Evangelistic in nature and in outreach. We sew for the privilege of sharing the Gospel with needy children & their families around the world. All items sent have a Gospel garment label sewn in stating, "Jesus Loves You" John. 3:16. Each label is translated into the child’s own language whenever possible, along with the church or donor’s name. Jan personally presents GFTG locally or by making our 56 page Starter’s Kit available for purchase throughout the country to church groups or simply to individuals (known as ‘Solo Gals’) wishing to participate. The Kit includes everything you need to get started. Assistance and encouragement are always vailable.
PRAYER:
Is strongly emphasized and is vital and foundational to all aspects of this ministry. Feeding His Lambs also serves as a prayer support ministry for others, as needs and requests are made known. Recognizing our own needs, we depend heavily upon our prayer partners.
